Good morning,
There’s a really fun video today. Full of messages, of course.
The importance of the Scrum/Kanban Master role has never been explained this well.
And with contributions from Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum, no less.
- Those who show up late to the Daily
- Those who sneak in unplanned work
- Those who break the team’s focus
- Those who pretend the work is done
- Those who run into impediments
Watch out! A Servant Master may appear! 😉
Striking lines from the Master:
“You can’t be late for the daily stand-up!”
“Never interrupt the team!”
“If you want extras, go to the ‘Donut’ Owner (PO)!” 😊
“DONE means DONE. If it is not DONE, it is NOT DONE!”
“Would anyone like some coffee?”
“It’s not about me, it’s about the team!”
“Anything that needs to be done, I take care of that!”
This movie is only 5 minutes long, and it’s right below:
a funny Scrum Master movie with Jeff Sutherland
